Billing and Cancellation Policies



Reservations and Billing

  • To reserve a spot, you need to register and pay using our website. Your spot is guaranteed once you register and your credit card is charged. Our website shows available spots in realtime, so we'll never be oversold. We will not accept walk ins on the day of the event.
  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover card. Payments can be made using our secure website. For any questions you can contact us at trackday@motoyard.com
  • Payments must be received within 5 days of the date of the event.
  • If you received a discount by purchasing multiple track days events together, and decide to cancel one of the events, Motoyard.com will cancel the discount you received when ordering.

Cancellations
  • We will issue a full refund if you cancel 2 weeks prior to the event or earlier. We will credit the same credit card you used to sign up. There will be no cash refunds.
  • We will issue you a full credit, which can be used toward any other Motoyard.com track day for cancellations made 2 weeks or less of the date of the event.
  • You can transfer your spot to another rider as long as we are notified prior to the event. You can notify us at trackday@motoyard.com
Rain Policy

Nobody likes to ride in the rain, however each track has their own different rules on rain. Whenever possible, if the track calls the day due to rain, we will issue each rider 100% of your payment to be applied as a credit to another Motoyard.com event of your choice. However if the track says the day is safe to ride, we ride. But on the positive side it almost never rains in Rosamond, CA.

Sold Out Events Policy

If we show an event as sold out on our website - that means it's really sold out. We will not accept walk-ins if the event is sold out. We do this only for your safety, because as we all know, too many people on the track, means more possibilities of crashes.

We will feel bad telling someone that they drove out to Rosamond for nothing, so please don't make us feel bad.
